Eight gardens on the island, plus Osney Lock Hydro, were open on Saturday 11 June. Thanks to Susan Hutchinson for organising.
Tea on the towpath, the same afternoon, was a great success, with perfect weather and islanders mingling as in pre-pandemic days. Thanks to Maureen Ergeneli and her team of tea makers, to all the Osney cake bakers, and to Peter Marsh for organising live music.
