Residents of Osney Island automatically become members of the residents’ association by living on the island. All residents are welcome to attend the AGM (usually in April) and can attend OIRA committee meetings (by invitation). If you do not wish to be a member of the association please inform the secretary.

Social activities
OIRA organises several events per year, which are publicised in the newsletter and on the News page of the website. They usually include an open gardens afternoon, tea on the towpath, and a children’s Christmas lantern parade. You don’t need to be a member to come to events.
One gazebo (3 m × 3 m) is available for hire at £10 per day. Contact Alan Goodwin.
